Our Mission

Across the Southern Tier communities are becoming more aware of energy issues and what their role in a transition to cleaner energy might look like. Communities are also starting to look at resilience to storms, droughts and heat waves.

If you are part of a community that wants to act on energy, or that is thinking about climate resiliency and/or adaptation - please let us know! We’re happy to help and are excited to offer our services to communities that want to move forward with actions that will benefit their residents.

“Meaningful statewide climate action needs the support of all levels of government to succeed - most especially local governments.”
— Steve Englebright, State Assembly Committee on Environmental Conservation Chair
